Senior Architect
Job Description:
Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
Execute and manage projects to the firm’s design and project management requirements
Demonstrated collaboration and proven ability to excel in a team environment
Strong design flair in conceptualization & visual awareness with an eye for detail an advantage
Ability to guide and lead young architects in team
To travel as and when necessary
Any other ad hoc assigned
Requirements:
A recognized Degree / Masters in Architecture from reputable university
4 to 10 years working experience
Conversant with Singapore codes and regulations a prerequisite, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
Proficiency in CAD / functional drafting capability.
Able to work well in a team
