Gwen Tan
Studio Founder / Principal Designer

One of four founders of Formwerkz and its interior arm – Studio iF, Gwen is a registered architect with more than 20 years of experience in architectural and interior projects spanning residential, commercial and hospitality design. In 2004, she was accorded the inaugural “20 under 45: The Next Generation” by AUDE award. Under both studios, her projects both local and overseas have garnered many international and local awards over straight consecutive years.

Jane Wong
Director (Projects)

A registered architect with 20 years of experience, Jane has been involved in large overseas projects; from commercial retail malls like Vivo City Vietnam, to international branded hospitality projects like Ritz Carlton and Conrad. She plays a critical role in the management of Formwerkz Collective, leading projects across architecture and interior design with her expansive expertise accrued from her rich work experience in the building and construction industry.

Peggy Tan
Design Director (Lighting)

Steeped in lighting design expertise accrued from years of experience, Peggy has been a lead lighting designer in multiple international resort and hospitality projects like the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, Bulgari Shanghai and Signiel Seoul. Her lighting design repertoire includes resorts, private residences, luxury spas and signature restaurants. Peggy leads and mentors the team at Glint, a lighting design studio that collaborates closely with Formwerkz to craft ingenious and bespoke lighting solutions

Diana Megasari
Associate (Interior)

With over 12 years of international design exposure, Diana has a passion for creating holistic experiences with a sense of place across her projects. She is highly skilled and well-experienced in high-end luxury residential projects in Asia, with some works featured in Tatler. While working in Hong Kong, Diana took on integral roles in projects for clients like Ocean Park Marriott, Ritz Carlton Xian; and with prestige operators like The Pavilions.

Quennie Chua
Associate (Architectural Design)

Quennie enjoys crafting different typologies of spaces. She believes firmly that the true beauty of spaces lie in the careful curation of form, function, and material. In her eyes, every project is seen a new challenge to find balance between practicality and creativity. She enjoys this never-ending pursuit of new—functional—visual vocabularies in spaces. The constant dialogue between advancing technology and how it translates into human centric experiences excites her, spurring her to grow as a designer every single day.

Jared Chen
Associate (Interior)

With close to a decade of experience working on luxury residences, Jared Chen is no newcomer to the industry. A connoisseur of beautiful things, Jared draws inspiration from high fashion. & art. His keen eye for intricate details, combined with his tremendous technical knowledge allows him to transform the greatest of ideas into reality. Jared’s vast experiences throughout his career empowers him creatively to explore a wide spectrum of emotions in his works, and it is through this that his audiences are able to experience spaces in a more profound sense.
