Office Manager

Job Description:

  • Attend to incoming and outgoing calls

  • Receiving and attending to visitors

  • Monitor and procure stationary supplies

  • Maintenance of office equipment

  • Sending and receiving of mails

  • Making sure that the necessary lights and aircon are switch off

  • Setting up of meeting rooms

  • Help to apply for overseas visa

  • Procurement of pantry supplies

  • Manage the cleaners

  • Renewal of licenses

  • Any other adhoc duties

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience is preferred.
