Senior Project Manager
Job Description:
Manage residential interior design and architectural projects, ensuring smooth coordination between design, site execution, and client requirements.
Manage residential renovation and construction projects
Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients
Track project timelines, site progress, and deliverables
Conduct site meetings and resolve coordination issues
Assist in variation works, costing, and documentation
Ensure quality control and site compliance
Support project handover and defect rectification
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
2–5 years experience in residential ID / construction coordination
Good communication and site coordination skills
Able to manage multiple projects at the same time
