Senior Project Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage commercial interior design and architectural projects from inception to completion. The role requires strong leadership in delivering workplace, retail, hospitality, or mixed-use projects with full responsibility for time, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial ID and architectural projects
Manage clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Develop and control project timelines, budgets, and execution plans
Oversee design coordination, authority submissions, and site execution
Conduct regular site meetings and ensure quality control
Manage contract administration, variation works, and progress claims
Resolve complex site and technical coordination issues
Report project progress to management and clients
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building, or related field
5–10+ years experience in commercial ID / construction / architecture projects
Strong leadership and client-facing experience
Strong knowledge of construction, contracts, and authority processes
Able to manage multiple large-scale projects independently
