Emotional connection. Familial connection. Spatial connection.

Interlace is a penthouse designed with connection at its core. Despite being a tight-knit family, the homeowners often spend time apart due to their commitments. Hence, any family time they manage to spend together with their child is tremendously precious.

To facilitate deeper familial connection and maximise their time together, the home was designed in a visually open manner; the living, dining and kitchen were intentionally connected through an open layout so that the family would always be able to share their lives with each other, even as they partake in their own activities within the same space.

The art pieces that adorn the home were also carefully considered, and curated not only for viewing pleasure but also with emotional connection in mind. The team travelled around the world to procure pieces from various continents for this home, and every piece was selected for their resonance with the homeowners’ lives.
