Bungalow living amidst lush greenery

Jervois Mansion is a bungalow-style private apartment residence that features lush communal gardens set in a colonial-inspired setting. The ratio of gardens and lifestyle features to units is unparalleled in Singapore.

There is an outdoor space for everyone, be it a private work-pod to take a zoom meeting outdoors or a jacuzzi and barbecue party deck. Drawing from the contextual influence of black and white bungalows in this area, the interiors of this project took on a contemporary slant that features in a very neutral palette with high contrast accents that is harmonious with its architecture.

Being surrounded by greenery is an understatement for this project every unit is in close proximity to communal yet personal greenery with window openings carefully calibrated to best capture the green views near and far. Jervois Mansion is the first residential project to be awarded the title of a super low energy project in Singapore. We had to design many window openings and grilles to be strategically placed to best facilitate passive cross-ventilation.
