Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to support our team across all phases of project development—from concept to construction. This role offers exposure to high-end residential and commercial projects, with opportunities to grow professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Production of drawings relating to a project from concept to construction stage.

• Assists with the coordination of the project design and project team.

• Production of Design Reports.

• Confers with clients, consultants, local authorities and contractors during various stages of project development.

• Assists in Authority submission for local projects.

• Assists in contract administration.

• Assists the Architects in the preparation of plans and specifications for the construction and/or alteration of buildings.

• Assists to control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.

• Assists to take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.

• Assists to develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact.

• Assists to produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.

• Assists to compile project specifications.

• Assists to keep within budgets and timelines.

• Assists to ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.

• Assists on site visits to check on project status and report on project.

• Cooperates and liaises with construction professionals.

• To travel as and when necessary.

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
