Interior Designer
Job Description:
Registered Qualified Person responsible for architectural submissions, compliance, and certification for landed residential projects.
Act as Qualified Person for residential house projects
Handle authority submissions (URA, BCA, etc.)
Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors
Review architectural drawings and technical details
Provide compliance guidance and approvals
Support project delivery for landed residential developments
Requirements:
Registered Architect (BCA QP) in Singapore
5+ years relevant experience (landed residential preferred)
Strong knowledge of local authority processes
Experience in private residential projects
