Designed for the well-heeled, W Residence reveals an answer of a modern and tranquil abode for a cosmopolitan Jetsetter situated amidst a bustling Megacity that is Beijing. An encapsulation of a well-travelled client, the apartment features a coalescence of influences – translated through the use of International style coupled with luxurious European style implements, as well as a convergence of East and West. All of which meld seamlessly to conjure a charming place for rest and relaxation. 

The apartment’s interiors convey luxury through a thoughtful selection of materials. A convergence between East and West occurs, as neutral tones of navy and burnt sienna form the backdrop for charming opulence. Brass is further layered through the space in artworks, furnitures and fixtures as accents. Eclecticism is found at every turn as quirky statement furniture pieces adorn the apartment, sparking intriguing conversations over the cocktail parties which are also part and parcel of the client’s lifestyle. 

Spaces which are more private, such as the master bedroom, are intended to be a calm sanctuary designed to juxtapose the high-energy in shared common spaces. Continuing the tranquil calmness of the private quarters, the master bathroom is bathed in daylight and warm hues of natural materials.
