Home on the high seas in the Princess Yacht 40m

Spanning at 40 metres, the yacht is the largest vessel in the Princess Yacht series of luxury yachts and one of the last of its kind as this model was discontinued by the manufacturers recently.

The multi-faceted design aspects of the yacht were pieced together painstakingly through close collaboration between various parties. We worked closely with the yacht’s team of engineers and manufacturers in Plymouth for the execution of customised interior designs, while feature stones from Verona and custom Italian mosaic were carefully curated for the interiors.

Inspired by the love of Nautica, the interior palette draws reference to the vessel’s exteriors of dark navy and white whilst accents of light pastels, hues of pinks and a touch of white oak ground the underlying navy interiors. A symphony of eclectic loose furniture and artwork pieces softens the interior whilst being carefully detailed and modified to function within the confines and constraints of a moving vessel.

The yacht is luxuriously designed to tailor to a lifestyle of entertainment and relaxation while sailing on the high seas. To support the client’s lifestyle of entertaining, generous deck space on the top floor feature extensive lounges and daybeds that allow guests to soak up the sun while sipping Chardonnay in the Jacuzzi. Barbecue parties on the rooftop are often accompanied with breathtaking views of the sunset over the horizon. A movie room was specially created in the hull of the vessel, creating a soothing lounge atmosphere.
